Dr Wang's Biography

Dr Wang's Biography

From Darkness to Sight shares the remarkable life journey of Dr. Ming Wang, a world-renowned laser eye surgeon and philanthropist. It is an inspirational story of how one man turned fear, poverty, persecution, and prejudice into healing and love for others.

"I just wanted to write you a short note to let you know how pleased I am with the results of the PRK procedure you did about a month ago. I was a little scared after the first couple days after the procedure as there was some discomfort and I was tired of keeping my eyes closed.

After about a week, I started seeing some results.  My wife Amanda and I recently took a trip to the island of Aruba and I talked her into doing the procedure as well. I kept saying "You can't see that? You can't see that?". It almost got me into trouble. The other night we went to see the Sounds play...and guess what...I could read the names on the back of the players' jerseys. Thanks again."
