Wang Vision Cataract & LASIK Center is located at the corner of 18th Ave South and West End Ave in Nashville, Tennessee. We are on the 11th floor of the Palmer Plaza (which is a tall brick-colored building with mirrored windows (see photo below). The street address is not on the building, but you will see signs for “Marsh” and “Charles Schwab” on the front of the building. The parking garage, which is located behind Palmer Plaza, is accessible from either 18th or Broadway. Bring your parking ticket up to the front desk and we will validate it for you.

From Southeast of Nashville (Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Chattanooga, and Antioch) 
1-24 West to Nashville, West on 1-40 at the 1-40/1-24 split. Proceed to exit 209-A (Broadway exit) and turn left onto Broadway. At the Broadway/West End Ave split in the road, go to the right. Turn left onto 18th Ave South. The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building). 

From East of Nashville (Airport, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Cookville, and Knoxville) 
1-40 to Nashville. Take exit 209-A (Broadway exit), and turn left onto Broadway. At the Broadway/West End Ave split in the road, go to the right. Turn left onto 18th Ave South. The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building). 

From South of Nashville (Brentwood, Franklin, and Huntsville, AL) 
1-65 North to Nashville, then West on 1-440 toward Memphis. Take the West End exit (East). Go past Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. You will see a BP and an Arby's on the right. Turn right onto 18th Ave South (past Arby's). The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building). 

From Southwest (West End, Bellevue) 
Come up West End Ave toward downtown Nashville. Go past Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. You will see a BP and an Arby's on the right. Turn right onto 18th Ave South (past Arby's). The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building). 

From Southwest and West of Nashville (Dickson, Jackson, and Memphis) 
1-40  East to Nashville, then East on 1-440. Exit the first West End Ave exit, and make a left. At the next light make another left onto West End Ave. Go past Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. You will see a BP and an Arby's on the right. Turn right onto 18th Ave South (past Arby's). The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building). 

From Northwest of Nashville (Clarksville and Paducah, KY) 
1-24 Eastto 1-65 South to Nashville. Stay to the right and follow the signs for 1-65 toward Memphis. Proceed on the right and take 1-40 East toward Knoxville. Take the third exit (209-B, Broadway/Demonbreun). Get into the far right lane. Turn right onto Broadway. At the Broadway/West End Ave split in the road, go to the right. Turn left onto 18th Ave South. The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building). 

From North of Nashville (Madison, Gallatin, and Louisville, KY) 
1-65 South to Nashville. . Stay to the right and follow the signs for 1-65 toward Memphis. Proceed on the right and take 1-40 East toward Knoxville. Take the third exit (209-B, Broadway/Demonbreun). Get into the far right lane. Turn right onto Broadway. At the Broadway/West End Ave split in the road, go to the right. Turn left onto 18th Ave South. The parking garage is on the right (directly behind the Palmer Plaza building).
